ground wire kit

has anyone ever used or made a ground wire kit for our trucks and if so what did you ground?
 






I used a long 1 gauge cable @ Autozone. I don't remember how long it was. It has a post clamp on one end and a ring connector on the other. I drilled a hole and grounded to the frame below the MAF.
