Check the rear bearings, it's hard to tell sometimes in the vehicle where the noise is comming from, but I had the same issues, and have replaced several Front hubs and both rear bearings.

Is the front bearing part of the front hub? If not, I would check the front bearings.

Also, are you sure the noise is coming from the right? I would also be looking at the left side.

Of couse, all of this assumes the right side was reinstalled correctly (torqued, etc.), and that the new part isn't faulty.

ya it sucks but it could still be the other side.

I have the same symptoms, and its the rear bearings AGAIN... Sure had me thinkning a tire was bad or something up front, but the rear is loose as a goose.

My general rule of thumb with bearings, is when you replace one side, do the other at the same time. Both have the same mileage and wear on them...the other is likely to go out soon after the first.

I had grinding coming from only 1 side of my front as well, but did both sides just in case...fixed the problem.

I agree about it possibly being the rear side as well...it can be misconceived as the front while driving. Jack up the truck on the rear, and give each wheel a shake back and forth, up and down...see if there is any play.

To mikeinri...yes the fronts are complete hub assemblies, the bearings themselves are not serviceable.

Change the other side on the front.
