hard knocking while accelerating

I had a question, I recently changed the cv axles, for the reason that while accelerating from 0-45/50 mph my explorer would make a loud knocking grinding sound, and it felt as if it was slipping between gears. It goes away passing 45/50 mph and doesn't come back after that. So I changed the driver and passenger side CV axles and for nothing the problem is still their,

Can anyone help me find out what this problem might be.

How many motor mounts would I need? Is it the front right and left only?

And Is their anymore other than those 2?
