Has anyone heard the 12inch Audiobahn tubes yet or MB Quart 12 inch Subs. Which of these three would be the best to get. Audiobahn, MB Quart, or Rockford Fosgate for installing into a tube. I want some good bass but dont want to rip my truck apart trying to install the thunderform or stealthbox. I want something easy and something that doesnt take up too much room.

Fred

Infinity makes a powered tube check on ebay for them my buddy has one in his Jeep and it sounds great you can get it in 10 or 12:D

I was thinking of getting a 12inch

I was thinking of buying a 12 inch Infinity and putting it into a tube style box or they have that powered Infinity bass link is that good or garbage

The one my buddy has rocks:D

Brad

I will send you the link from ebay tell me if this is the same one

What are you leaning towards buddy?:D

Check this out nice install with an Audiobahn 12" tube

Dead Link Removed

Brad

I am either leaning towards a Audiobahn in a tube or that infinity bass link which one do you think I should go with. I never heard the bass link but I bet it hits hard for a 10 inch and I like the fact that the amp is enclosed and that is what I like so, that will be my first choice.:D

I think you will be happy with both:D

Stealth Stuff

For what its worth, it is surprisingly easy to get into the panels to install the thunderform or stealth boxes. I had a thunderform, but have not put in a regular box and mounted my amp where the thunderform was.

I think getting the panel off involved taking off two bolts for seatbelts, 3 or 4 screws and 2 hexhead screws in the popout window (I have a sport)

Hope this helps

How did it sound and where did you mount your amp to run the stealth or Thunderform box and or did you have the powered one? I like the stealth box as well and I am considering that as well just haven't found a good deal on one yet but I am still looking and I am not going to get it until Late November or early December anyhow. Just doing my homework on what sounds the best and saves the most space because I haul wood and other stuff in the back and I need all the space I can get.:D

Yep Brad

I know either one would be great but I am keeping my options open on a sub right now until I decide what I want. I am glad there are a lot of people answering my post and this will help with my decision and buddy you will be the first to hear the system. I can't wait until next thursday so, we can hang out and chat again. I can give you all your stuff and we can winterize my truck. Are you bringing the Stang down or the X freshly painted and fixed:D

Thunderform

I had (have) the powered Thunderform. It does a pretty good job. It all mounted together and then it came with 3 small L brackets to secure it. I blew the sub in it a while ago, wasn't able to get ahold of a replacement and decided to upgrade instead. It takes a special sub which I have been able to find. If you're interested in it let me know, it just taking up space and I'd love to get a little $$ out of it!

Fred I dont know if my truck will be done yet,and my stang has a few issues yet,so I will probally be driving my little nissan up there:D
