Has Anyone changed there 2 Gen Steering Wheel?

I'm looking to change out my 96 X steering wheel with a billet steering wheel. Has anyone done this if so where did they purchase the adapter to do so? Please let me know or maybe this is just a big fabrication job. Thanks for the input!

if you removed the air bag i don't think it would ever pass a safety check like that

Actually....removing an Air bag is illegal...if you were to get into an accident, insurance would see that tampering with saftey equipment too.....
