When I came out to go to work, car would not start (had zero power). Called Roadside Assistance and guy said battery not the problem and to call for a tow. Called Roadside again and had it towed back to dealership. By now, I had to take a vacation day off from work. First they said it was a 'bad' ground wire. Now they say I need a new BCM: body control module. Have had a loaner for a week. Thanks Ford: appreciate it.

I would really appreciate any feedback.

Thanks.

Looks like the dealer took care of you. Electrical faults can be very tricky to track down and they provided a loaner vehicle which they didn't have to do. Ford states in the Warranty Guide that they do not provide rentals/loaners. When a dealer does, it is at their expense.
