When I am driving there is a weird buzzing type sound that sounds like it is coming from the front-end of the truck. The faster I go the louder it gets...And when I turn to the right it will stop. The weird thing is that once in awhile it will stop making the noise and then when it stops making the noise when im driving, when I turn to the right it will make the same noise...Can someone help me?

Can you describe your truck?

2 wheel drive? 4 wheel drive?

Can you explain it a little more, does it come from just one side or what?

Sounds like wheel bearings or hub related.. If you have 4x4 lock the hubs and see if the noise changes/goes away.

BTW I don't know how long you've owned your '94 or how experienced you are with it.. As such for manual hubs you just turn them to lock, for autohubs you simply engage 4x4 for while going in a straight line for 10-20 feet then turn it off (the hubs will remain locked until you reverse direction).

Metal to metal sound would definately be a bearing. If you have 4wd I would say it's the auto hubs.

If 4wd, try this.... when you hear the noise, stop & pull over to a straight location. Put the truck in reverse, then activate the 4 wheel drive. Go backwards (straight) about 10 - 20 feet. Stop, disengage the 4wd & shift to drive, then drive forward. If the noise goes away it's the autohub. At least that's how I found my bad autohub.
