i was wondering if anyone knows if they make euro style headlights for first-gen explorers. ive seen the euros on older tauruses and i would think that if they made them for those cars they should make them for explorers.

i'm quite certain the answer is no for oem euro's.

you might be able to use one of the rectangular h4 lights.

i'm not sure of your exact size. they are pretty readily available.

ebay might be a place to check. bosch or hella have websites you can check.

i have a pair i'd sell you. they are bosch and have the hole for the "city light" bulb. they are in like new condition.
they measure about 7 3/4" wide and about 5 1/2" high.

1. would they fit my stock light space?
2. how much would you sell them for?
thanks for the help!

"euro" meaning reflector? i'm confused

I do beleive he means the crystal clear headlights that are standard on most new euro cars these days. like the 98+ mountaineer has.

as far as I know they do not make such for any exploreres, which I find odd considering a lot more people have exploreres than they have F-150s, and they make like 3 or 4 different kinds for F-150s.. I beleive its inpro carwear that makes them "crystal eyes" is what these kits are usually called.

kinda sucks, you may be able to make the sealed beam conversion lights fit, but, it may look funny.. they dont make any explicitly for your application :(

yea, there's actually a thread i started about that somewhere. if i had the link i'd give ya it
