Headlight question

I am going to install HID headlights in my car and did a quick search of posts and a couple of people have said that the wiring for the lights is reversed. If anyone has any info on if this is correct or not that would be great. I have a 2002 Explorer XLS any replys are greatly appreciated

I think what you are finding is that some kits people get have the harness wires reversed.

My kit I bought was a true plug and play, but YMMV with your kit.

The kit I got was specifically for 9006 Lo-Beam, so it was a simple plug and play too.

I'd recommend looking for a similar setup, as you won't have to cut into any wires incase you want to return it back to stock for any reason.
