i have one of those eletronic types heaters that i guess are in all eb edition explorers. its a 2003 explorer.
when a start up in a cold morning, the heater fan does not want to blow, even after the explorer is at normal operating temp.
it does not do it very often and sometimes when i turn off the heater and on again it works and starts out blowing full blast, sometimes it still does not work at all then all of a sudden turns on.
like i said, it is not very often and seems to occur only on very cold days like below freezing.
and also, it seems not to blow very hot, warm but not hot at the front vents. the little vent to the back seat under the console blows nice and hot though.
