Heat goes cold when I turn up fan speed.

When I have my heater or defrost on the air is hot if the fan speed is at the lowest setting. If I increase fan speed the air cools down and even gets chilly. When I turn the fan speed back down with in a couple minutes the air is warm again.
Based on this I am thinking I can rule out a bad heat/cool door activator and I don't hear any noise under the dash to indicate the door is not working.
 






You might have a partially clogged heater core.
