Did my heater core replacement this weekend. Got it all back together this morn, turned the key, spins strong but no fire up. Any suggestions, tips, hints, theories, opinions? It's a 99 Explorer XLT 2wd 4.0l. Any help Thanks.

went by the book (Haynes). although there is a small grey plug under the right kick panel that I can't find the mate to. yes I put most back together, ugh!

will it start with seats out? wife back, she asked that ?.

Check your fuel shut-off switch, normally found in the front passenger kick panel.

Maybe so. 19 yo kid helping me heard me mention plug with no mate. He went and found the mate and plugged it in. waiting on wife to return with new battery terminals. crossing my fingers on this one. I'll let ya'll know.
