Thanks for looking in. I've got two Explorers that I need to try and diagnose. One is an 02 XLT that everything is working fine but the rear air doesn't blow? Have no clue where to start with this? Second is an 03 XLS that the heater is not working and there's a constant clicking sound from inside the dash - listening closely it seems to be coming from center bottom of dash near the floor. Thanks for your time and any help is greatly appreciated!

Any ideas on these??

Does the air blow and it's just not hot? Or is it not blowing at all?

The rear air does not blow at all on one -- and the other one the air blows fine but no heat. The clicking sound I found and it was a plastic piece that kept tapping another piece? It was difficult to get to but I stopped it from any further tapping - hope it was nothing major? Thanks for your help.

Just to close this post -- and help others. Heater not working and clicking noise from dash -- it's the blend door actuator - $75 part / DIY.
Rear air not working - most likely rear blower motor resistor.
