I assume they are stock, but I am not a graphics expert, so its hard to say.

It is a 98-00.

2001-2003 had different tails, and i can even tell that it has the older style front end.

And the graphics are an aftermarket or dealer stick on, i am pretty sure no stock ranger had those on coming from the assembly line.

It looks a lot like a Mazda to me... Personally I don't care for the flames, but I am old school...

They don't look stock, and the 4x4 stickers are lower and a little further back than they were on my '99. Did you check to see if it had been repainted by chance?
