Hi Group, I haven't ever posted on a forum so bear with me 
I have owned 2 Explorers and a Mountaineer, which I just traded for 2003 Sport Trac with 164000 miles. Can't believe I purchased a rig with 40,000 more miles than the one I just got rid of, but you would swear this thing only had 16,000 miles, it was well taken care of, driven only on the highway back and forth to Detroit every day from Saint Helen, about 180 miles one way. Just wondering if any of you have a opinion on whether I should concider inspecting or changing the timing belt or chain, not sure what it has. There's nothing in the maintenance guide up to 150,000 miles. Thanks!
