Hello everyone, I just joined up and wanted to say 'hi.'

I don't own an Explorer yet but I will soon, and that's why I joined up. As I 'm looking at them I know I want to get a new model, but I haven't decided on whether to go with the 09 or the 08 (and probably the V8 XTL with either year). How do the two compare to each other. Am I missing any new innovations or anything like that if I try to find a 08 with a good deal on it? Thanks a bunch.

Oh, and that reminds me. I'm kinda new to the Riverside area in SoCal and I was wondering if someone can recommend me a good dealer in the area. I did a search on google and came up with Raceway Ford as being the closet dealer to me. Does anyone know if they're any good or can you recommend one that you know is good? I would appreciate it a lot.

Just thought you guys would want an update. I've decided to go with the 08 (price has turned out to be a bigger factor than I thought). Now I'm just looking for a good deal at a place where they still have it in stock.

There are alot of dealerships local to you. Might want to check Sunrise Ford off the 15 fwy in Ontario, they've been good to a few people i know.

I took your advice and checked out Sunrise Ford last night and I liked them alot. Thanks for the heads up. If things go well I should have a new Explorer by the end of the week. Thanks again.
