Hi everyone!
I recently purchase a 2013 Explorer base with 4wd and tow package in blue. I downsized from a Suburban for a better daily driver for my wife and the fact that for the price of this vehicle new I couldn't find a 'burb or expedition for with under 50K miles already on it.
I just turned 1000k and made my first trip to the lake last weekend. I must say that all my expectations were exceeded on the trip. My boat loaded is about 3700#. I would not want to use this to pull every day as I feel the wear would get to it but to pull the boat to a lake a couple times a month 6 or 7 months a year works great.
I have already learned a lot reading through the posts so thanks to all for the information that is out on this site. Hope to have pic of rig soon.
