Hello, I’ve looked at the Forums over the years, and finally joined because I need some help with a problem. As my handle shows, I’m an old guy from Minnesota who has been around cars and an enthusiast for my entire adult life. I’ve done my share of mechanical and body work and fixed around 70 collision damaged cars and trucks along the way. Current Ford products include two very low mileage older vehicles; a 2006 Explorer with the V-6 and about 50K miles that had been purchased new by my mother. Used only in the winter up here so it sits about 6 months of the year, and a 2002 F-150 Super Cab 4x4 with the 5.4L motor and 70K on the clock that gets used all year long when a truck is needed.
