Found this site when my AWD transfer case went out. Put in the F150 TC per the instructions on this site (very helpful). It has been in 2 years without any problems. Only use the Explorer to Plow my Apartments parking lots. Works great for these small spaces. Couldn't get a F150 in there with a plow. I've done a lot of the mods on this site. Perhaps one day I can fix the body to make it look better. But powertrain wise, it works good for plowing. This year I have replaced Radiator, Blend Door, Heater hoses, Belt, Spark Plugs, Shackels, and added the Timbren suspension supports for the front end.
