Hello all! After a long search for a decent family vehicle that can go camping we decided to get a 1994 4x4 Explorer. She has 106k miles and looks very nice for its age. Seems that it has some of the more common issues in front with worn radius arm bushings, worn lower ball joints, I believe a wheel bearing is going, and needs shocks all around. A/C works great and that was the big deal maker LOL.
So far I've picked up a lot of pointer on the site already and plan to take it to the fullest. Since labor costs are so crazy I plan to do all these repairs myself and just can't wait to get started "sigh"
Not sure if anyone else lives around the central wisconsin area, but I'm in Clintonville and if you have some front end parts to sell, feel free to send me a PM.
