95 explorer/expedition
Recently acquired a 1995 explorer expedition, which I didnt even know they made. Its 4wd 4.0 ohv and also has an auto tranny. It has the Jbl sub and amp that came from the factory. But to my luck the previous owner had his own small setup of a kenwood mono amp and two 10" kenwoods in a bandpass box. Other than that and the alpine head unit, nothing else major is done. I plan on doing suspension work, still not sure wether I will lift it or lower it. I've only lowered vehicles, so im not too sure about lifting it, (as you can see i have a bagged dodge dakota in the background). But anyways im just saying hello and I plan to learn as much as I help out around here. :us:

:( nobody likes my truck?

Welcome to the site.. Looks nice.. Personally I'm biased, I rather lift than lower but I'm sure you'll make the right decision for yourself

Nice truck. Had a similar one a little while back. Looks like you were blessed with the green interior as well! ;)

looks good, make sure you slap a tranny cooler an filter on that bad boy!!

You really think i need a cooler? If so how come?

Oh and im sure 22's would look good on her but they might rub..SO i might end up having to lift it some.

green interior rocks...

Lost the tranny in mine at 88k. You need anything that will help it.

for a bunch of reasons:
1. Heat distroys trannys, don't care what anyone says.
2. Your particular tranny is known to go bad, so the tranny cooler will help a great deal like todd has said.
3. I have had a tranny cooler(stock) on my truck since i bought it in 97, it now has 118k on it and shifts awesome.

Also, why i am a firm believe of tranny coolers, my girlfriends dad owns a 91 Ford Ranger with the AL4D, probly the worst tranny ever created. Ford put a tranny cooler on it stock and he now just turned over 200k just last month. Still shifting awesome.

You don't have to put one on, but it can't hurt, it will also add a little extra reassurence. JMO...hope all goes well.

BTW...nice looking truck...

nice explorer u got stealth you plan on doing any mods to it
