yes. you could run 1 sub on 1 channel and the other sub on the other channel. If the amp is bridgable, you can bridge the subs if they can handle the increased power.
What amp do you have or want and what subs are you have or want??
Ohm ratings mean a lot. I have 2 13" JL W1V2's that are 4ohm single voice coil and wired together they are 2ohms, while my amp is only stable at 4ohms bridged so i had to run the subs seperatly on the L and R channels. They are still getting 170w rms each which is more than needed but if they were 8ohms i'd be pushing 250w rms a piece.
Just make sure your stuff matches up rating wise with your amp. you should be matching or beating the rms rating on the subs and amp.
And before someone asks yes the ohms half when you run speakers in parallel (using the same + and -) ie. 2 8ohm speaker = 4 ohm load, 2 4ohm = 2ohm load. Thats my 2 cents
um- you can mix series an parellel, as in 4 subs with them "parelleled" into pairs and then the pair "seriesed" together running a mono (or stereo amp that can run the ohm load) in mono mode. However, you can not run two subs in parellel off one channel and 1 sub off the other channel of an amp...
why are you looking to add those subs? i think we'll be able to point you in the right direction if you let us know what exactly you are looking for out of the system and a budget.

True, but you can run all three in parallel, I can't quite remember, but i think it gets devided up equally ie three 6ohm = 2 ohm load i think feel free to correct me.
in my opinion dont worry about 3 12s...i promise you if you get 2 decent subs with a half decent price you will be happy in the end...as long as the amp is pretty decent too...if you ask me 40 40 and 85 for a system ...in the end i promise you will come back to us complaining abotu how it blew the subs...or isnt what you wanted...there are alot of 10inch subs that will prolly give you more of what you want than 2 or 3 12s....it all depends on the right setup ...take your time with this and think about what you really want...i went throught cheap systems like that all through highschool until my junior year i saved up and got what i wanted even if it was alittle pricy...it has lasted the past 3 years and no problems... every penny well spent..l audiobahns are great subs...but if you get them try and move up a class or 2 it will def pay off in the end...if you need anymore help from me...aim...oscardriver13 ERAD
I agree you will likely get a better result by getting a single higher quality sub, and a subwoofer amp.
If I was going to run 3 subs I's run 3 4ohm dvc's on a bridged 2 channel. This would have a theoretical 2.67ohm load. You could also do this with 3, 8 ohm speakers of course.
As mentioned above, I would recommend not going with the cheapest stuff.
In the past, I have ran cheaper stuff, only to regret it later. Bought it cheap, then unsatisfied, then lost money selling it to someone else, or it crapped altogether.
Ok I don't want to seem rude, but THOSE ARE CRAP!!!!!
You'll never get that power out of those amps. When it's all said and done a REAL good amp will cost you (new) about $1 an RMS amp. Now I know the internet has brought about greap prices, but just watch out for cheap amps either they'll never last or they can't even come close to making the "power" thay claim. Also, you'll want to consider a CAP, I know I've needed it for my EX.
