Ok! I have posted a couple of threads! but this one is the one i need help more then any! This afternoon i had got in the explorer and went to take off when the car started vibrating. Well i shut the car off and restarted it and it was fine for about 2 miles then started up vibrating again so i take it to the used car dealership.. And the car dealer ask me what type gas i been putting in it! I told him good gas (shell) So then the car dealer pops the hood open and he finds a loose hose sitting wadded up in the corner under the hood! Hes shows me that it is the hose the connects to the compression area of the engine! And connects it back on and the car was fine, car dealer says hes no mechanic but bring it back tomorrow for mechanic to look and make sure its the right hose that goes on the compression part of the engine....Then the car dealer looks at me and says are you sure your not making this stuff up! I about fainted!
This is when i told him if i keep having problems the explorer i want my money back for the car. I love the explorer but i dont want it if i cant drive it out of town! :fire:
Ok! My question is if the engine compression is bad well it blow this hose off! I already somewhat figured this or do you think it was just a fluke and with this hose loose or off would it cause the abs light to come on!
Help!
Thanx!
