help center console power problems

I have no power in my center console. cd changer will load but wont play. button lights quit and rear console controls quit. only thing that works is the heat on off and the disc magazine load. Looked at fuses and they appear to be fine what am I missing? this is my 00 model

Seems like the connector isn't making proper contact almost.

Pop the black cup holder and cubby off of the console, under the cubby is a large connector. You'll need a wrench to undo it. Moisture may have gotten there or it my not be seated properly.

Try undoing it, disconnecting it, and reconnecting it.
