I have searched the history of postings and have not found much on this. I have a 91 Sport, 4 months ago the alt. died. I had it rebuilt by a reputable shop, since then I have had the flickering headlights that I have seen on many other Explorers. This drives me crazy, I don't want disco lights in my truck!! I am now on my 3rd voltage regulator and they are still occuring (aftermarket not OEM)! Is there something else I should be looking at? I understand there is a bad section of wiring harness in this vintage, where is it and how do I get a replacement? Is there a big difference between aftermarket and OEM regulators, besides price? Any help is appreciated as I am at my wits end. JR
