Hi every one been searching your site for a few days trying to find answers and found quite a few so thanks. But I'm still not sure what's wrong with my 92 ranger 4.0 I was having a stalling or cutting out problem which I have traced to only having 28 psi of fuel presure. I changed the filter and fpr and I'm trying to stop just throwing parts at it. When I disconnect the vaccum line on the fpr I get about 34 psi. I grounded out the pump terminal in the test connector and still it won't go higher than 34 psi. And if I let it sit it bled 10 psi in 15 min. I disconnected the fuel line right before the filter and hooked my gauge up there and jumped the connecter and got it up to about 58 psi and it has bleed 18 psi in an hour. Also I have no viseble leaks so I assume the bleed of is in the tank. Is it my pump or do I need to keep looking. Thanks for the help.
