Have no wipers no power windows no dome light? < Where is power saver circuit 95 exploder. All work for about 1 min. when cold. No blown fuses.

First guess is a bad GEM (Generic Electronic module) or the wiring that comes out of it. The GEM controls that and many more things (defroster too) in the car. I believe it is the power saver unit as well. It is on the drivers side dash when you pull the radio, you can try reseating the connectors.

Replaced the GEM. Everything is working again. Thanks for the help.
