Help me please. I have a flashing airbag light.

the airbag light flushs 2 times and then 3 times at idle and then rev past 2500 RPM and stays on and cruise control is not working now not sure if the 2 problem are connected please help

Does the horn work? When I had my Fox Mustang, a common issue was the clock spring. If nothing on the steering wheel works, that could be the issue assuming the Explorer has a clockspring.

You might look up the air bag code as well; sounds like you have code 23.

The Explorer has a clockspring. Check to see if the horn & cruise control work. According to one of the links in # 105 in my list of useful threads, it says: 23 = Safing Sensor Circuit Input Feed/Return Circuit Open.
