heres the deal, my 97 explorer runs rough cold or hot and has loss of power.new plugs and wires and fuel filter.cleaned maf.checked for vacume leaks with wd40 and propane.checked fuel preasure,reads 38 psi and running drops to 30 and up to 40 hitting accellarator.help
