I have a 2wd '96 X - 3" bl, 2" TT, and rear add-a-leafs. The back of my X is a little lower than the front and i REALLY hate how it is like that. im currently running 32's and want to go bigger, so if i were to get the SOA what else would you reccommend i do with the front to make it sort of leveled out. Any feedback would be much appreciated. thanks.

Stock springs and SOA?

im not really an expert so i dont know what all would be needed for an SOA

Well since you have a 2wd what about a 3" spindle lift.

so say you were a cheap ******* :) and you wanted to get lots of height for cheap... how would you do this?

Well since you have a 3" body lift and a 2" torsion twist in the front and then you do a 3" spindle lift in the front. You will have a total of about 8" of lift up front.
Then in the rear you could do a SOA which will add about 5" and add 3" lift blocks for a total of 8" of lift in the rear.
If you have 8" of lift you will be able to put on 35's with very little trimming.

Thanks
The price for something like this will be about
$500 for spindles
$50 for the SOA kit
$50 for the blocks
So about $600-$700 to do this.
Then you will need shocks and tires.
