Posting up for a friend of mine. He is having a couple issues with his 2004 Explorer. His issues are that the high beams, cruise control, & interior map lights will not work. More specifically:
High beam - the indicator on the cluster won't even light up, to show they are turned on.
Map lights - interior front lights by rear view mirror (actually including the lights in the rear view mirror) will not light up. The middle interior dome light will light up however.
Cruise - will not work. I didn't drive it, so I am not sure if the indicator comes on or not on the cluster.
These are the issues he told me about, and I took a quick look at it. The headlights & fogs work properly. I popped the hood and looked at all fuses in driver's side fuse panel. Just trying to help him out and see what could be the issue.
