Help - over heating up hills

I recently took my riadator to get cleaned thinking that was the problem but not dice. I changed the thermostat about a month ago and the water pump a year ago please help.

what about the fan clutch...i'm not familiar with the 99 but can clutches do go out....you might also want to check your heater core....when you clean your radiator you usually don't think about the heater core and it is probably the most notorious place for blockage...;)
 






try running without a thermostat for a "short test time".... if you still get over heating (how do you know / think this is happening????) then you likely have a flow problem.... perhaps a collapsed hose.
 






I was told it could be my catalitic converter what do you think
 






could be but do you notice a significant loss of power... if your cats are blocked then your power usually drops off quite badly. Again, try running with out a thermostat and see if the problem changes.
