Help!! PA 853 and PA 883 Difference?

Hey all,
I've tried to search the site, but I'm getting confused. What is the difference between the 93-97 ranger kit and the 98-00 kit? I've got a 98 sport and I'm getting mixed answers about which kit I need. Any info on the kit I need, what mods need to be done to the kit, and any installation info would be much appreciated.

The 853 and 883 have different steering extensions and bumper brackets. For your '98 you should get the 883 i do believe. This way you'll have the right steering extension and bumper bracket
