Help(Parking Break Light Always ON)

Which one I have to check first?? even the parking break is released the light still on? I don't know where to start

go to autozone or somewhere similar and have your trouble codes checked as well as do a search on this site to help find out what is going on
 






Thanks for the reply but Im here in Dubai and we don't have autoszone here.. I'm trying to dig out any related topic in to this
 












Assuming you have the floor parking brake, rather than the UK style, try this.

Release the parking brake handle and hold it in its released position. Pull the parking brake lever up all the way with your other hand and then let go of the release. It works for me.

The parking brake shares the light with the regular brake system and as stated the brake fluid level is low.
 






Ditto: The only two things that cause the brake light to come on are the switch on the pedal, or the fluid level sensor showing a low fluid level.

Uuuuh... no. Not on a 98 anyways. Can't speak for an '04.
