hELP pLEASE! Buying rims

I own a 1998 Explorer 4x4 SOC 4.0L which came with 15" OME rims. I want to know if a set of 16" OME off a 2004 Sport Trac will fit. They have same lug pattern and size.

I believe so. Many guys have done those wheels or the ones from a ranger that look alot alike.

Also, if I may correct your acronym, it's OEM, not OME.

they should work the only thing is you might have to readjust your speedometer the bigger wheel size will throw your speed off i did the same thing on my 01 eddie and my speed was off

Yes they will work just fine. Rim size does not effect the speedo calibration at all. It is the tire size that will do that. So as long as you get something that is the same diameter as the current tires your speedo will read fine.
