HELP!! Rear sliding window shattered

Where can I get a replacement rear sliding glass for my '02 sport trac? my friend borrowed it to go camping and he broke the rear slider... has anyone replaced one of these? can I do it myself? I have all the tools I think I might need

Thank goodness, I had comprehensive glass insurance when I broke mine. Supposedly it cost $900. And I took it to a dealership to have it replaced.
