2004 Explorer. New tires. New brake pads. Sound from driver rear tire sounds like it's falling off, like rocks rattling around, squeaks, squeals, VERY loud. The center but also keeps getting loose. I'm scared to drive it. I have a video. Please help me diagnose the problem. I'll have to fix this myself...

If your brakes are good, then it must be the wheel bearing. If the bearing is at a point where it's making that noise, then you need to stop driving it.

If you don't want to do the repair yourself, then have it towed at this point.

I agree that it is a wheel bearing, and you need to not drive it any more.

Since it is the rear, it is a cheaper fix than the front, but a little more involved. You can buy just the bearing for the rear, but you will have to press the bearing from the rear knuckle. If you don't have access to a press, you can do all of the rest and take the knuckle to a shop to have it pressed.

This thread page has a good write-up.

I didn't realize it was the rear, guess I'd better learn to pay better attention.

It's probably just the parking brake shoes. Remove the caliper and rotor to gain access. The lining comes off over time and catches/bounces around between the metal part of the shoe and the drum surface of the rotor.
