i just used seafoam on saturday, and had an emergency with my kids so it sat in there for over 24 hours. i went to drive it last nite to clear it out and it has a horrible misfire. could i have fouled the plugs??? i cant think of anything else that would be causing it can anyone help??

I highly doubt it but where did you put the seafoam into?

it was actually the deep creep, but its the same. in through the throttle body and the brake vacumn hose, and i put alot in it after it died. ive had similar experience with other products for my race cars and never had this issue.

How many miles are on the engine? You said that you have experience with race cars, so I'm guessing you've done regular maintenance?

138,000 i recently bought it from my parents, and they did all the scheduled maint on it. im guessing the plugs soaked in the stuff and fouled when i drove it yesterday, ive seen it happen when a car runs too rich so this is just as bad.

I recently replaced my IAC and the humming noise has stopped, only to return, it is not as loud and whinny as it was before replacing it. Now the check engine light has just come on although a few weeks after the humming noise started again. It seems to want to stall a little after driving on the highway, and seems a little sputerish. It did not stall at all when the original humming was present, before I replace the IAC, and the engime light was not on then...................?
