I have a 95 XLT. It has a virbration in the drivers side front. The higher I get over 65 the more vibration I get. This is what all I have done so far. Tried rotating the tires. Inspected the hub/bearing assembly. It was leaking grease and sounded pretty dry so I replaced that. Still had the vibration. So I thought maybe the half shaft. I have done the brown wire mod. Which works great. Anyway so I put it in 4H and switched on the t-case and got a clunking noise when I would turn. So I thought the shaft was the cause. Replaced it. Still have the Vibration at higher speeds and the clunking when turning in 4wd. Only thing left I can think of is the axle bearing in the differential. If anyone has any suggestions or has had this problem and fixed it, please help me out.
