is that an aftermarket MAF sensor? with KOEO the voltmeter should be reading 10 or so volts or whatever the battery voltage is.
you should be .5 to .7 at idle and 1.5-3.0 if you increase idle/rpms

.8 should be good and it looks to be in range pretty much. maybe a little high when it jumps to 1
