Help with link in signature

Hey there, I'm hoping someone can help me out. I'm an Elite member, and I posted a link in my signature to "My Garage" and was wondering...

How do I change the hyperlink in my signature from showing the URL address to something like "My Registry" or "My Ride" etc.?
