Okay so I think my radiator is clogged.

My truck overheats. If I feel both the top and bottom radiator hoses, they are hot. As is both side tanks. However the radiator itself is cold. Except for the very top of the radiator is hot.

Any thoughts?

It's entirely possible. They do eventually crud up. Might be worthwhile to flow check the rad. This can be done with a garden hose (disconnect both rad hoses) with the rad in the vehicle, or you can remove it. Very easy to replace the rad on these trucks.

Yep. Turns out is was the radiator. Replaced it with another one and all problems solved.
