Hi everyone, I'm in CA and may have a different cat setup than you. I have a tranny jack but the damn center cat sits right under the tranny pan. Easy to take off, not so easy to put back on.

Any suggestions on how to go about this? I have to maneuver the tranny to mount to motor, but the back of tranny sits on top of cat. In other words, when installing this tranny, the tranny pan will sit on top of that damn cat. The only thing I can think of is to cut that that cat out of the way (all bolts seized). I just don't want to cut at all, but if I have to, need to know where the best place to cut is.

From the exhaust manifolds to the muffler, both pipes end up welded together on the passenger side. The only good news is both exhaust manifolds are not connected to the exhaust. This is due to a motor swap I did previously.

Any other ideas? Thanks! -DW
