i just got truck back from shop they say i need left front pipe manifold to extnsion pipe muffler and a serpinetine belt. now which am i better off doing just buying those parts or going with an aftermarket exhaust system as my eddie buaer has 222xxx kilometers on it and it's a 98 4l v6. suggestions please??.

They are two totally different things. You are asking for suggestions but really it all depends on you and your budget and what you want out of the truck. Personally I would just get the piece to repair the exhaust and the belt is nothing big. You can do the belt yourself in 5 minutes.

i'm not worried bout the belt i have the budget for the exhuast just not to sure if i wanna put that much in to it as it has 222xxx k on it. thanks for ur help
