Have you reset the inertia switch?

Yeah, I tried it but still nada

Do you hear the normal 10-15 second fuel pump whir sound when you turn the key on?

If not unplug the inertia switch and check for burned connector. Checked the fuses? (F1.15 under hood) Swap around the relays (underhood box) and see if it has any effect.

If so:Changed the fuel filter lately?

Probably the fuel pump has retired but we won't do probabilities.

thanks for the ideas, im going to try the relay switch up today, and replace the fuel filter to see if that does it, if i have to replace the fuel pump any ideas to find a decent but cheap one. the cheapest i found was 220 from airtex

Were you able to hear the fuel pump run/whirring sound? Do you have any codes or check engine light? The '04 has a fuel pump module which could be the problem too.

Airtex (E2358M) is a good pump and nobody has a cheap replacement.

were is the fuel pump module, i didnt here any whining sound, but i really dont know what im listening for, never had to deal with the fuel system before
