oohh yea i remember your thread about the dicks at the shop... thats cool, it looks awesome! one thing i would do if it were my truck is take off teh shackles in teh back to make it more even, but thats just me... you should be proud of that thing!

Another reason to do the spring over in the rear instead of using the new springs it you'll get a better ride and flex.
A flatter spring will be softer than one with alot of arch.

Superlift makes it. For some reason they say it's for 96-2001. It doesn't matter though, it will work.

Yeah that's exactly what I did. in a while the rear springs will settle down, evening the back with the front, cause as of now it sits like 2" higher cause new springs, and the War shackles.

Next weekend I'll be getting a pair of Perry's fenders, brought down by Perry's Kid, that lives here in Mesa.
He's going up there for a race, then he'll bring em back for me. Hopefully the white on white, won't be too harsh of a contrast.

Brake line, As far as I know, I don't know why not, but the shop would of extended it, if it needed to be. As far as articulation, it's a little bit of a tight fight in the wheel wells all around, cause I'm running 35's. The Perry Fenders will help in the front big time, and the back I think the shocks will max out before the tires run into wheelwell troubles. But I have ran over some random rocks, and taken it out into the desert, and it rides AWESOME. Really really really smooth.

I think it looks good. I want to sit back and watch to see how these 2nd Gens do with the 35's. I know Jefe has already seen some accelerated wear problems between the 33's and 35's. I bet if you did a hockey puck BL that would eliminate some of your rubbing problems and not appear like typical BL, IMO.

Good Job. A SuperLift is my next project.

More or Less exactly that. Take a Hockey Puck Drill hole use the same as the 2" or 3" Body Lift Pucks.

I didn't think he has a BL, I thought it was all suspension. If he has a BL already, then yes, that would be too much, but if not the hockey puck BL might be perfect.

Yeah, I guess, his BL isn't as obvious as yours because of the side skirts.

35s seem so big there is no way accept perrys fenders front and rear.15x8 wheels wouldnt rub from what ive read.

If you remove your rear sway bar links, and you go offroad, you will break your rear brake line. Remove your links, and test the articulation, you will see you need an extended brakeline. Let me know.

I have a 98 with the TT/Shackle lift, i like the look and dont want to go huge cause i dont have the money for a superlift and huge tires (eventually gonna get P265/75R16 though), but the rear still sags a little. Because i have a Sport with a monoleaf I cant get the cheap add-a-leaf like everyone else.... could i do the hockey puck BL in just the rear? please email me with any information on this at sk1er18@aol.com.

I don't know what you did differently, but I've never seen an Ex look like what yous looks like now. Congrats!

sk1er, i dont think you should do just a BL on one end. prob the best thing for you to do is just replace your monoleafs with 4 door leafs from a junkyard or something. lots of guys have done that.

i have the same ex as you and i just finished putting in a 3" BL and 265/75R16 Mud-Terrains. i did the body lift myself and with all the right tools only costs $155 to your door. it was suprisingly easy to install. the tires also fit perfectly without any rubbing at all. if you order the PA 3" BL, after you recieve it call the place you ordered it from and say that you did not get 2 12mmx140mm bolts and to resend them. the kit only came with 2 but you will need 4 and they are almost impossible to find at stores.
