Hey I have a question. I just bought a 91 Explorer that has 183,000 miles on the ticker. It runs awesome except for one thing......
When I am in second or third under a medium load (meaning about half throttle), it will hiccup once at 1200 rpm's, then again at around 1400 rpm's and then run fine above those rpm's. It won't do it if I floor it, or am under half throttle. It is quite annoying! But otherwise it runs fabulous.
Has anyone else experienced anything of this sort, and how did you fix it? It almost seems like a timing problem to me. I already cleaned the mass air sensor, and ran some Berryman's B-12 Chemtool through the fuel system, but to no avail.
Also, if anyone knows where I can get a deal on some new headlights for my Explorer, I'd appreciate knowing that. AND, if anyone has any Mustang questions (86-93 Mostly) I'll be more than happy to help, that is my expertise!
Thanks again,
Shane
