:exp: Hi I am having door issues. My rear door on the left side is stuck shut. I got it open once today and think I have found the problem but I don't have a clue about part names, so I will describe them to you. The problem is in the metal teeth things that latch to the peg on the body of the car, to keep the door shut. If anyone knows what the teeth part is called, I would love to know so I can look for some new ones. Thanks

You dont really need to know what its called . Just remove it and show it to the dealer.

Welcome to this forum! So the problem is that the door won't open? Try to pull on the outside handle with the lock in the open position. Take the panel off when you get the door open, and lubricate all of the moving parts with grease.
