98 explorer most likely has the 4.0L SOHC V6?
If so the lean condition being reported by your oxygen sensors is likely due to leaking intake plenum O rings
Please tell us more about the truck what engine, transmission, 2wd or 4wd, V6, V8, miles, condition, history, etc.
It is helpful to list anything you have tried up to this point and what trouble codes are present if the check engine light it on
