high Mileage 2002 maintenance

besides the big fiasco I just went thru with the wheel bearing..
what would you recommed for a 2002 ford explorer with 89000 miles on it already..
just had oil changed and that has been it so far..
Any help and advice would be so helpful...

it is 2002 XLT 4door 4wheel Drive 6 cylinder.

Do a transmission service (including filter), change all your fluid (power steering, brake system, coolant, etc.). Check ball joints, tie-rod ends, wheel bearings and other suspension stuff. Check and change air filter (if needed), change the fuel filter for sure if you haven't done so. Just fluids are the main thing. A tune up would be good as well. Check your radiator hoses for softness, check your belts. That's about it.
